We loved our stay at farmhouse Cvetje. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and informed of places to visit.
Our apartment was clean and well equipped and was very atmospheric.

We loved it. What friendly staff. We were bike packing and this was a last-minute booking, we didn't realise how rural the place was and the staff offered to make us dinner (it wasn't on that night). That day we'd been cycling for 6 hours and thought we weren't going to be able to eat(cycled up 800m and weren't going down :) and ended up having one of the best meals, they made us an exceptional home-cooked dinners, beer, wine, the views and ambience were incredible. The cute room with an outdoor sink area was magical.

Everything. The location, the food, the facilities and all the love and care with which the family runs the farm. We had a great time staying at the farm for a week in late August/ early September. From Kobarid it’s a few minutes drive up the hill to the house - we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the option to go for a hike directly from the apartment. Also during two rainy days, everything was comfortable and we didn’t miss anything around the house. Definitely recommend to see Slovenia’s beautiful nature by staying here!

For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Everything what you need you will find in this house. All was absolutly clean, kitchen with complete equipment. Nice terrasse with flowers for breakfast or dinner. You can buy cheese and yougurth in front of the house from farmer. Tolmin`s Gorges was 10 minnuttes by walk.
They cater so well for bikers without being too in your face that they’re set up for bikers. I could happily visit here with my wife in the car for a quiet break but also visit here with my biker pals on our motorbikes. Clean and homely facilities in a house nestled into the hills and mountains of Slovenia. The hosts are happy to allow us to park our bikes in their large barn which is attached to the guest house along side their own motorbikes. Did I mention, they’re bikers too so they know all the best roads to ride in Slovenia.
We really enjoyed our stay at Farmhouse Cvetje! We book the apartment "Pepa" which had everything we needed for our stay, fully equiped kitchen, sufficient bathroom with washing machine and nice living area with bed and dining table. The hosts were super lovely and gave us great tips for trips in the area. Fully recommended!
The property was clean, the location was rural and pretty with a great view from the cabin. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and happy to assist with getting to and from the local town.
Lovely rural and peaceful farmhouse. Hosts were very friendly and gave lots of advice on things to do in the area. Nice walk into Most Na Soci for a refreshing dip in the lake and lovely to come back to the house for a swim in the pool.
The host was waiting for us actually living downstairs the property, hand over the key, showed us the apartment and let us be comfortable with all his property. Was great experience as they have little farm children and our dog loved it.
Plus he gave us useful hint for what to do in the area along our stay.

The host, Janja, was enormously helpful and friendly. We were welcomed by diner and wine, and after 9 hours of driving it does make the difference. :)

Do not fully believe in Google maps, use intuition to get there, “at the end of the road” house.
“Do not judge the books by its cover”, nearby area may seem rural, but the view from terrace is simply beautiful.
Tolmin cheeses were absolutely delicious.
Tomaz was a welcoming and top-notch host. I can not imagine a better experience. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. We appreciated the air conditioning and lovely balcony view from our room. The food was amazing- all homemade , from the farm including breads, sausages, gnocci, muesli, etc. Thanks to our host for arranging transportation to the train station and procuring ebikes that made exploring the region easy and fun. We can’t recommend this place enough!
