Lovely hotel and hosts! Breakfast was really good - lot's of choices. Our room was clean and spacious. It's a nice and quiet location but a little bit of a drive on narrow/windy roads from Kobarid so we had dinner at the Inn both nights. That turned out to be great - food and wine was delicious! Dinner menu was posted each morning so you could decide if you wanted to dine in or out. We also used the hot tub (book in advance) which was great - it's wood heated and under the stars - very nice!

Wonderful mountain farm get away. The best part was the generous hosting of Aljiosa. The room was perfect. The bed was nice, great lighting, provider slippers, strong hot shower with a nice shampoo/bath gel. The dinner was perfect. It felt like an elevated cozy family dinner. Also our favorite hike of the whole trip was straight from the doorsteps. Will definitely come back if we are back in Slovenia.

Great location, 10 min drive to Kobarid where you can find everything, great view over the mountain. Plenty of Walks around the house and especially "planina" (pasture) at the top of the mountain.
The owner is very nice and helpful , the place is comfortable and clean. The outdoor area and it's plancha is a great addition to the house. Perfect !

First and foremost we liked the hosts, Boris and Susanna. They were friendly, generous with their time, provided historical information, were very helpful when we didn’t plan ahead for our dinner, and fun to talk to. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent.
Second, my husband loved the sauna in our room! He was “finally warm”!
Third, although we arrived grumpy due to a long day through the Julian Alps and then the unexpected mountain roads to the apartment, we were soon lifted up by the lovely green village with clean air, small village, and country sounds. We changed from regretting the booking to feeling it was the best we’d had!
- Although a family with young children was in the apartment above us. we heard nothing.
- One room in the building is a small museum about the village and the lifestyle of residents in earlier years. Old photographs showing how the buildings looked prior to restoration were especially great.
- There was a plenty of room for young children to run and play safely, a picnic table for eating outside, eggs to collect, and a relaxing location.

The host family was very friendly, providing a lot of information about the area with good insights about what to visit. The room is very clean and has a nice "farmhouse vibe". The apartment is located in a very quiet area and the view from the garden is amazing. The garden also has an outdoor kitchen and sitting place with a rooftop so it's possible to sit outside regardless of the weather. You will need a car for visits, but the host is happy to provide insights about where to park and when it is better to take public transport.
The breakfast is amazing, everything is local and the host tries to use as much from his own and family's garden as he can. There's a great variety of food and it's definitely worth the money.

Good location, kitchen fully stocked, had a patio with chairs and a clothing drying rack. They allowed us to pay with credit card but we had to walk to Ribcev Laz to the tourist centre to make the payment, about 20 minutes walk.

Excelenet place on mountains. Absolutly quiet. In kichen was cofee, tea, egs, butter, milk - everithing for first day and evening. Bed is big and very comfortable. The best place for holiday and relax. On farm are cows, sheep, very friendly people. Many thanks for servise!!!

Lovely and peaceful within a tiny village. The beekeeper is across the road as well as the chickens and chicken grandma! This is a wonderful home with the smells and sounds of the farm!!

Set in the mountains,, this farmstay is warm and cosy. The family room had a private bathroom. There were bunk beds for the kids. There is enough parking on site. The little suite could easily fit 5 people. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The home cooked food is very tasty (5 courses) and sourced from their farm. Our kids loved the animals on the farm.
Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a rustic rural village setting a little out of Kobarid. You can hear the cows mooing! The location is excellent to access all the Soča Valley highlights. Super clean and comfortable inside plus a complimentary bottle of wine. There’s an outdoor seating area too and an excellent restaurant, Jazbec, a short walk away.
This farm stay is truly a gem. The dinner, location, and hospitality are exceptional and reason to redirect your travels here...you won't want to leave... :)
