Boutique Rooms was so nice inside! We loved everything about it!! We had the wine tasting too and the wine was very good. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. We wished we stayed longer. The breakfast provided in the morning was the best breakfast we had on our two week trip.

The place was fine for the night but quite basic and the woman who checked me in was a little strange - not sure if it was the language barrier. The room had AC which was appreciated in late August. A beautiful view from the property, however a narrow winding drive from the township. They did offer breakfast but I wanted to leave early so declined and therefore can't comment on quality.

Lovely property and restaurant. The couple hosting this place are lovely people and very hospitable. The husband grilled the most amazing trout I had in the Balkan region. It was a memorable dinner for me.
The family room we booked was clean and nice. We can highly recommend this place to stay and eat. We are glad that this was the first place we stayed after crossing the border from Croatia to Slovenia. Hvala.

For some reason I got upgraded to the 2-bd apt and it was really nice there. Huge fully equipped kitchen + living room, super-clean bedroom, very large balcony with a nice view over the valley, bottle of wine as a departure gift. Truly recommend to anyone who wants to relax in a nice place.

There was breakfast there in the morning. It was very good. Typical Slovenian breakfast. There was also a restaurant there in the evening so if you didn't want to go out you could eat there.

Hosts are great, all of them. We had amazing dinner and drinks together. Facility is great, we got garage space for our motorcycle. It is amazing to wake up there in the nature.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Very cosy, very homey stay. Owner was wonderful, friendly. Food is home made from what they grow. We loved everything.
Location is excellent, close to highway, local attractions - Skotcjan caves, Predjama and postoina and even coastal towns are reached easily.
Kid loved hens and pigs on the farm.

The property is situated in a lovely rural location, in its own grounds. Very quiet and relaxing. The owner was lovely, and an initial confusion about what we booked was resolved quickly and efficiently. She also gave us advice on local facilities and directions. The room was modern and clean with all the facilities we needed. The car park was secure. The wi-fi was excellent.
Overall we were very impressed.
The homestead Vrbin offers everything one needs to spend relaxing holidays. Irene is a wonderful host, always making sure that everything is perfect. The breakfast is made of products coming from the farm and we enjoyed two lovely dinners cooked by the family. The location is fantastic, allowing you to explore both the Slovenian Istria as well as the Karst region. Highly recommend.
This property is in a rather isolated location but at the same time it was a lovely rural property which fortunately provided a reasonable evening meal, comfortable room and a decent breakfast. The owner and his wife were very pleasant and friendly.
Great dinners (full-fledged, popular restaurant) and breakfasts, delightful setting in a tiny rural village (nice to walk around), friendly, helpful owner-operator. You really feel that you're out in the country... because you are!
