The property is located near high-way. The rooms are clean and renovated, but the bathroom is degraded and is not in good work condition. The towels are horrible, very used and should be changed one year ago. We had 4 towels and 2 of them were extremely dirty, like… I can’t explain, I could attach a photos if it’s possible. The breakfast was a point of our decision to choose this property, but expectations were “little bit” different. First day we had some cheeses, bacon and butter. The cheese was with some weird stain and butter not fresh. About vegetables: the same drama - 1 tomato was for 4 persons. Second day the good pard of breakfast was the omlette, but now 1 cucumber for 4 people. How much do cucumbers cost(?) sorry. At the final, I approached to say goodbye and received the answer from property: I hope it was so so… just no comment and I want to denote that it’s not for 9+ rated on booking it’s not objective absolutely. No offense said, but the host is for contingent 75+. Sorry.

This has been a simply amazing location. The estate is quite new and finished to a very high standard. There is a nice garden equipped with all sort of things and the location is amazing. Of course the village is not big and even being at the other end you'd be 15mn away from anything. That said, if you get out in frond of the house by 10h you'll see the Steamie passing by, what more could you want?
The farm complex Pensiunea Agroturistica Casa Coliniţa is located 6 km outside of Vatra Moldoviţei and offers home-made products and demonstrations of the farm activities.
