B&B on a working farm, run by the most friendly and welcoming Host Family. Tasty, homemade breakfast with local ingredients, very nice rooms in newly renovated part of the historic Farm House, great pool, lush green garden and beautiful surrounding countryside. Nothing more to wish for.
The breakfast here are absolutely fantastic. The family offer platters of delicious chopped fruits, home made cakes, fresh omelettes, meats, cheeses, freshly squeezed orange juice...it really is impressive ..and you are welcome to make rolls for lunch.
The swimming pool is lovely, the sun beds are comfortable.
The architecture is very impressive... the materials used are high quality and it's great modern architecture used to restore an old barn. The location is quiet and peaceful.
Set in a quiet agro athmosphere the interior of the restored barn is very modern and next level.
The friendly family welcomes you personally with very good advice of the area.The breakfast is the best we have had on our three week tour of Portugal.Thank you!
We loved everything this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Warm friendly Northern Portuguese hospitality is hard to beat. Wonderful breakfast s, evening charcuterie board if you want and friendly sweet conversation on a beautiful farm about 15 minutes from Braga.
Excellent stay just 10min from Braga in a fantastic monastery. The place has less than 20 rooms and the hotel takes only a small part of the old monastery. The monastery was recently recovered and worth a visit - free for hotel guests. The hotel renovation is amazing and everywhere you look you notice the attention to detail by the architect. As a bonus, the monastery as large farm and gardens that are excellent for a walk.
Amazing view!! Incredible value for money. Very comfortable stay with a lovely, kind host. Rustic and traditional old Portuguese style, so don’t expect modern furnishings.
all I can say is WOW. This was the cleanest housing and best meals and hospitality we have seen! This family was so amazing. The son runs the day to day, the mom cooks the fresh meals (chickens, ducks, guava, fig, lemon, grapes, mango.. it goes on) the dad cleans up and its all right from their farm. They get everything else right from the local farmers.
The entire ambience of the farm and the converted barn. The warmth and friendliness of the family is truly second to none. We came as guests and left as lifelong friends.
