For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
We greatly enjoyed our stay with Paula and Luís. The room was clean, we had an amazing view right from the bed, the room was nicely styled, and fresh bread every morning. The hosts were exceptionally kind; they answered questions, gave great advice for restaurants and places to see and go, and the tour of the farm was an joy. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit the Açores islands.
Sweet little farming community. Huge house to ourselves! Super friendly people in town. 15 minute drive to city Angra, but if you have no car, place is on bus route. Lovely grocery store right outside our door. Host was awesome!!
Cozy cottage-like apartments in a lovely agrotourism farm. Very friendly and helpful hosts that although do not speak english are always there with their phones to translate and communicate with you. Great value for money.
Beautifully kept property just outside Angra. Paula and Luís go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay! They welcome you with a basket of milk, local cheese, juice, butter and provide fresh bread every morning. You can also use a jacuzzi in the garden to relax after a day of hiking and enjoy the amazing views! To top it off you can go with Luís in the morning to feed the calves at his farm where he shares all the hard work he does and his passion for his hobby. We cannot wait to come back!
Host met us on arrival, and explained the property which is beautiful and very clean. Outdoor facilities are excellent as well. Fantastic shower and excellent laundry. This is a rural property and you do need to tuck your car in to let the tractors passed and there are lots of them! (As in tractors!) Highly recommend this property.

The people are super kind, I highly reccomend you try a meal there, it is really worth the money. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily.
They treat you in excellent manners and will provide you anything you need. Such lovely owners.
Good location, friendly hosts and beautiful panorama. We got fresh bread on every day and was welcome box as well. The apartman was very clean. The wifi was good and fast. There is a jacuzzi as well. I recommend the farm experience which is an unforgettable, great experience.
