A new building, where the owners live downstairs and they rent the 5 rooms upstairs. It was purpose-built for that. The rooms are comfortable and with a nice balcony that has two chairs and a table. There’s a shared kitchen area and a shared fridge. There’s air conditioning which was an important item for us.
