This was the worst place i ever stayed. I booked the room online during booking They don't even tell me that they have any requirements , and when i arrived here the receptionist said to fulfill the requirements otherwise i have to stay in another branch of their hotel.
Everything was good except front desk staff. I always stayed gulberg branch and they are excellent. All the staff is pretty good but in this branch, staff was not behaving good specially front desk staff
The Hotel Grand Lahore was full but they managed to sent me a nearby hotel (hotel deluxe), which is basically thier another branch.
I was worried but the experience was great,staff was excellent,i got my dress Pressed there. Value to money, i must say.
Hotels one has few branches within few miles of each other.
This one situated on MM Alam roads less demanding section.
Checkin was done pretty easily and transported to my room without any issues.
Property was not as shown in pics.....
They booked me for jouhar town branch but advised to stay at another location and said that you must pay 500 more for this location...
Not recommended at all...
