We recieved a very warm welcome from Sharon and John at their wonderful homestead in the rural valley with a stunning view. Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this amazing suite.
Kaituna Valley Homestead is a beautiful, peaceful, fabulous place to stay. Yes, it’s a bit out of the way, but it’s worth the drive. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, from the rural setting to our large, comfortable room (great shower pressure) to the farm animals (highland cows!) to the stars at night to the delicious breakfasts both mornings. Sharon and John are friendly, thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend!
The location is incredible and the views were stunning. The animals around the farm were a delight and the host was lovely and welcoming. Nice touch having a BBQ and the parking onsite was also great.
Quirky lovely little cottage, on a farm with a beautiful view. Clean inside, comfortable bed, washing machine and Marie the hostess was lovely and friendly. It was very cosy, and if you don't mind this, then I highly recommend it
All I wanted from a farmstay. Hand feed the sheep, homemade cookies, view of the lake, climb the mountain behind the cottage....magic place and loved it.
Quiet and very scenic country location, farmstay and nice to sit on the deck. Homely touches of a BBQ and delicious homemade cookies from friendly and helpful hosts.
