The location to the main town was excellent. A lovely rustic cottage full of charm. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The kitchen was very basic so we ate out.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Misty Ridge Retreat. Beautiful & tranquil location.
The place is spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. The splash back in the kitchen is stunning. Really appreciated the home made muesli, jam, bread & farm fresh eggs. Fun time feeding the alpacas. Highly Recommended.
Warm welcome. Room with private bath. Access to a large kitchen for cooking. Rural location among grapevines was pleasant. Took advantage of large backyard and outdoor furniture to enjoy a glass of wine. Amazing breakfast made to order was a plus. In the middle of Marlborough wine region..all wineries accessible in a short distance. Stayed 2 nights and could have stayed longer.
What a fab place, a lovely cottage on a vineyard stocked with lots of local produced goodies for breakfast, with farm animals to feed, a hot tub to soak in and being in the heart of wine country, and not forgetting the friendly hosts we truly wish we had more than 2 nights here.
We had a very memorable stay in the "Stable". The complimentary in-room country breakfast was perfect. Viewing the lemon trees and farm animals just outside our window were a treat during mealtime.
Very clean! Bar the odd door slam from another unit it was surprisingly very quiet. We’re used to rural living so hear everything but this was absolutely great!
Conveniently located 10-15 min away from the Blenheim town centre, we got all the goodies of a farm stay (feeding alpaca, complimentary free range eggs and homemade jam etc), but the accommodation is super modern, comfortable and trendy.
