Ruan was the most amazing host for this beautiful homestay. We exchanged a lot of stories and had such a great time with him and his family. They cooked amazing food for us, homegrown from their own farm and Ruan sat with us through each meal and we had great conversations with him.
Loved out time there and would go back to Sri Lanka only to meet our friend again😊
The view from the room is fantastic!! Furthermore the owner of the place is very nice, interested in his customers and we had Really good conversations. He also showed his farm and the surrounding area, which I liked very much.
It's a really nice place to go back to the life of a local farm, with the luxury of an airco and wifi. Nothing was asked to much, very nice towards our kiddo (5yr) and Pradeep can arrange everything!!
This is an exceptional small homestay.
Clean,comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit on. Perfectly situated for Cave Temples and semi rural area..
The host and hostess went beyond expectations and couldn't do enough for us. They provided an evening meal that was the best Sri Lankan food we have had and breakfast.
The location of the farm was excellent, you will find yourself in places you would not come otherwise. Pradeep's place is very well maintained, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and they were quite basic but that's what we wanted. If you are up for more luxury there are four new rooms which are all very modern and super clean! The farm is great and staff super friendly and helpful. It was a great way to get a peek in actual sri lankan culture. Would definitely recommend going here!
We loved it! A good beautiful rural accommodation. In the evening we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian organic dinner, all from the garden and surroundings, prepared by Pradeep's mother. Pradeep is a great host and he takes 100 per cent care to please the guests.
Beautiful setting in a local village. The host - Pradeep was wonderful. He’s such a kind and helpful person! I really loved the tour of his organic farm, visit to the nearby river and all the delicious meals cooked by his mum. Thank you for making my stay so special!
Maybe Blue Mountains View is not directly on a touristic route but this is also part of its charme and we loved the rural area and quietness! Pradeep is the best host we ever had. He told us a lot about life in Sri Lanka, showed us his fathers farm, helped whenever he could and really conects with kids (as he is also a teacher!!).
All guests had breakfast and dinner together in the yard - very enjoyable and delicious.Thanks to the amazing cooking of Pradeeps mother.
