I can’t express just how lovely our stay was. Yes, the rooms are rustic but built in the 1500s is the CHARM! There are plenty of linens, the beds were good, the windows had screens so could be left open with the breeze. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment which accommodated my husband and our two teenage daughters well. The bathrooms are functional and work well, no complaints there. The grounds were inviting and beautiful. There are two pools which had gorgeous views. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was really good. Their olive oil is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. They also serve breakfast which includes a variety of foods and cappuccino if you so please. We took a cooking class on pasta making which was so much fun. We ended our stay with a tour of the wine cellar which had been there since the 1300s. Incredible. We did not cook there so I did not get the chance to see how the kitchen functioned. I wish we could have stayed longer . We will definitely return.

Located in a hilltop town with about 400 residents, Montisi is a beautiful place, as is La Romita, about 20 minutes drive from Sinalunga, a town that has everything you need. We have stayed at La Romita twice m, once for a week, and loved it both times. As you drive into Montisi, La Romita is one of the first places you will see on your left with an iron gate and free parking, and a pool in summer, you don’t have to drive far into the tiny car. The people are very friendly and the views of ancient, well cared for buildings in the town, the olive trees, and the villas scattered on the hills around it are wonderful. Their breakfasts served 8:00-10:00 are also excellent!! Our room with attached bathroom was also fabulous! Get the real taste of Italy here!

Absolutely stunning property. The animals are all so cute, walking around. The views are outstanding and you really feel like you’re surrounded on all sides with rolling hills and true Tuscan sights.
We were hesitant to book a farmhouse style stay because we like luxury, but the room was large and very comfortable. The beds were perfect, the linens were expensive feeling and the pillows were high quality.
10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone who wants a real Tuscan farmhouse experience, but with the luxury of a hotel.
The property is located in the beatiful Tuscan countryside. It is perfect place if you look for tranquil spot with not so many guests. It is in a typical Tuscan farmhouse nicely renovated with limited number of very stylish spacious rooms. There is also great outdoor infinity pool available on the property. You can have your breakfast outside on the lovely terrace. The staff is very helpful and able to arrange for many activities in the region (wine tasting, visits to local farms, bike rental, etc)
La fattoria is a beautiful historical farmhouse located at a top of a lovely hill with scenic views upon Tuscany.
The room was large and confortable. Perfect place to rest and disconnect.
