The grand room that we were given and the variety of animals that are well kept and taken care of. A lovely agriturismo. Breakfast was all homemade. It is a great place for family with kids. Loved our walks to see the animals. Rooms were very clean !!

Perfect in every way. This vast property is managed by the chef who cooks the best meals and shows guest around to tell everything about the farm and philosophy behind it. With a central restaurant (walking distance from sleeping facilities) and a sleeping facility with communal kitchen, pool and 7 rooms, the accommodation feels intimate. The setting is rural but perfectly located to explore the nature in the area and to visit villages such as Matera. The food from the restaurant was lovely and it was fun to be surrounded by all the farm animals. During our visit they were building a second accommodation of 7 rooms seperated from the first and they were building a small agriculture school. Curious how those will turn out, would love to come back in the future!

This is a proper farm stay, quirky and characterful. The amazing food was the highlight of the stay. Beautifully presented and using authentic local ingredients both breakfast and dinner were a real treat. The restaurant and public space of the Masseria are renovated to be very true to the era of the property and are lovely. The hosts and staff were without exception friendly and welcoming.
Our stay at Masseria Storica Pilapalucci was simply marvelous, from the kindness of our hosts to the loveliness of the farm. However, the highlight is truly the incredible food that we enjoyed throughout our visit. You must enjoy the extraordinary cuisine. I still dream of some of our dinners there! I will always make this my home base the next time I am traveling in Puglia!

It an autentic Italian farm with boarding. The hotel is situated some 300 m away from the restaurant, amongst pomegranate and olives trees. The restaurant serves pizza and other dishes. The home grown wine is divine!
