Restaurant has very good and fresh food straight from the farm! Antonio was a kind and effective host. Massage in the Spa area was truly wonderful. The countryside is really beautiful and I loved seeing and hearing the animals walking around the property. The bed in my cabin was truly cosy and comfy. It was a mostly relaxing atmosphere, with nice people around.

Awesome location, very nice Italian experience just minutes away from Tivoli and Rome. Breakfast was delicious, and we felt right at home. Generoso was the best host ever, super friendly with a lot of knowledge about the area and other interesting subjects, we really enjoyed talking to him and his father, the wine from thier wine yards is fantastic. We will return here on our next trip to the area. Thanks again!!

Everything was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, charming, bright, cheerful with all the modcons. The location was quiet, private, safe; the surrounding area is LOVELY. The mini-animal farm was a wonderful bonus: we even got to pet the wee donkey. Breakfast was delicious: farm fresh eggs, a homemade pistachio croissant, & cappuccino. The host and help were super friendly, helpful, interesting & sweet: made us feel instantly at home. The restaurant decor was very appealing, made even more so as Francesco's art adorns throughout. What a talented artist! Last, but not least, the little black kitten who followed us around was a heart-stealer! ... if youre thinking about booking here, do it! Youll love it! Staying at this traditional winery in Frascati was an unforgettable experience steeped in history and culture. The host, Oreste, embodies the warmth and generosity of a classic Italian gentleman. His home radiates comfort and charm, offering a truly unique stay that felt both authentic and welcoming.
One of the highlights of our time here was the daily delivery of fresh bread from Oreste’s own bakery. Every morning, we were greeted with an array of delicious breads – without a doubt the best we had during our entire European trip.
For those with a car, the location is incredibly convenient, with just a little over a half-hour drive to a parking lot near the Termini station. From there, exploring Rome and the surrounding areas was a breeze.
If I could give more than 10 stars, I would. This place deserves 20! We will definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic Italian countryside experience.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Lovely stay. The view is outrageous and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed every minute of it staying at the farm. My bf had fun with the cows, horses, donkeys and sheeps.
Rustico La Rosa is a very clean and cosy studio sized place. It is located in great spot, only a few minutes of walk from the train station. Most of what Tivoli has to offer are within the walking distance. Host is very welcoming and helpful.

The accommodation and location were amazing. Right in the heart of Tivoli and easy walking distance to everything. The accommodation itself was updated, and had beautiful rustic charm. We were a family of four and found it very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat. We had a small issue with the air conditioning which the host was able to address right away. The Hosts themselves were very approachable, and were a huge help in recommending good restaurants and places tog with sights to see. A beautiful Town.
