We had a fabulous stay at Relais Cascina al Campaccio. Angelo is an amazing host and his property is truly unique. Beautiful views of snow capped mountains in a quiet location. Stunning in winter and I’m sure it is even more so in the summer. Breakfast was very good value for money with a great selection including very yummy croissants and home baking. Angelo is a very gentle, hospitable owner. We arrived late on 26th December after our flight was delayed and the rental car company denied us our booking. Angelo was very kind to our family, helping us to arrange an alternative hire car and providing food and wine for us as all the local restaurants were closed by the time we had arrived. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is more a family than a hotel. This is such a lovely place to stay. The owners are so lovingly. The pictures on booking do not reflect the beauty of this place. The breakfast is overwhelming of it’s diversity.

Excellent size room and bathroom, parking, kids playground, all hygiene staff was provided. There is a small fridge in the room. Air-condition. Perfect breakfast. In the near village you can find pizzeria and grill house. Very affordable prices. Petrol station is also available. The airport is 20 min away. My only problem was the cold floor- but that would be easy sorted with slippers.

We were met by the owner Donata, she was very helpful and welcoming, all her family help out as well, the apartment was very large and great value for the cost, and the house itself a traditional Italian house for the area. Large grounds to sit in and the village is quiet but the local people are so helpful to visitors such as Serena in the local shop. Also, we were invited to the village Oktoberfest by a local man, it could not have been better. The breakfast was excellent, a wide choice of local produce.

The apartment was spacious with everything we needed during our stay. Most of the breakfast products were made locally at the farm. The taste was fantastic. Kids have the opportunity to feed the animals and enjoy some time outdoors.

Awesome place! We liked especially the following: - Very quiet surroundings in the middle of fields but also very close to the airport. - Very clean and very good heating. - Very good breakfast. Salty items are available on request. Plenty of delicious sweets. - Very kind and attentive owners.

Kind and helpful welcome when Google Maps led us astray. Room was spacious and clean but crowded with furniture. Absolutely fantastic lake view but the "Giardino" was overgrown and needed some serious TLC. Nice breakfast.
