We have been to Italy five times in the past four years…twenty two weeks in all. Our stay here has been the very best! The property is exceptional, as is the location and the host, Piergiorgio…all above and beyond every other property that we have stayed at! Our room was spacious and well appointed. It was cleaned and towels refreshed daily. The air conditioning worked very well (Americans) and the breakfasts were like a daily feast, delicious but WAY TOO MUCH! Our host served us every morning with a smile, kind words and helpful advice regarding the area sites and to top that off, his beautiful little daughter, Julia, helped serve with a shy yet sweet smile that started every day of our five night stay on the right note. If you are visiting Verona, Mantua, Sirmione, Lazise, Lake Garda or anywhere thereabouts, you do not want to stay anywhere else!

the pool is great, the view is amazing. room was nice and cosy. breakfast is superb, everyone is so nice and kind. there are many animals. its great that the site is on a isolated hill, away from other houses, its quiet and peaceful.

we’re from Colorado and spent almost a month in Italy. this lovely place was a godsend! Nicola also took us for wine tasting that uses the grapes he grows on his land 😍

It was really great experience thanks to Elena and Renzo, their wonderful agritouristic hotel and super friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect - 15 minutes from the city centre, amid vineyards, amazingly clean inside, smell fantastic, fresh croissants with flavoury coffee in the morning. 100 percent recommend for family stay, stay with friends or just couples )

What an amazing place! We rented the lodge that is just up the hill from the hotel. each of the four bedrooms came with an en suite bathroom. It is very private and quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but the area around it was quite lovely. We enjoyed the wine from the farm store and use the olive oil when we cooked. The manager was very helpful in providing ideas of touring the area and offering suggestions for restaurants.
