The views of the mountains are incredible, and the location is hard to beat with fast access to the Dolomites, a great hike to the mountain above the property, and a quick drive into town. We stayed in a king room which was comfortable, the host did let us use the communal kitchen but I’m unsure if that is always available so plan ahead for perhaps not having access to a fridge or coffee in the morning if you haven’t rented an apartment. Evi is a wonderful host and she is very informative about the area regarding activities and history. They have many farm animals, and you can tell much pride goes into the facility.

The location was close to the supermarket and close to the walking spots we wanted to visit and Gesenhof was easy to find. Beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. It was disappointing that the promised WiFi in all areas was not our reality. I did manage to send a few emails but other trip organization had to wait until we arrived at our next destination, despite having two iPhones and a laptop.

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. The room was really practical and had an amazing wooden chalet feel. It was so cozy, the view was amazing and the location of the guest house was extremely practical. We loved everything and we really want to go back next year. The owners are a lovely family, you could also get some fresh produce from their organic farm at the hotel (fresh eggs, flour, jams, fermented beet preserves etc).

Facility is close to the ski-lifts (even within walking distance and bus ticket was provided free of charge), breakfast excellent (even the coffee IN the cup LOL), clean, bathroom with towels perfect. Small kitchen unit which we really did not use.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
We liked the view from our balcony, - view for the mountains and animal farm. Our host was very kind and helpful. It's very remote place, so it's quiet and peaceful.
The apartment was spacious, clean, located in a renovated ancient farm building.
The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for preparing food.
The owners were pleasant and helpful, communication with them was very good.
As a bonus, we received a free Sextencard - the ticket for the local bus line, which made our holiday more comfortable and saved us a lot of money for parking. The bus stop was right next to the house.
There were many interesting hiking trails in the area. We would like to return.
Absolutely everything about this place is wonderful. the views are magnificent. the farm is cute! Evi is an extremely hospitable person. it feels like you are going into a home and not a hotel. everything is clean, simple, organized, really perfect!
The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The view from room is magnificent. The host is super friendly and helpful. She also showed us the farm and animal friends, which are super cute. The area is beautiful and calm. Easy to go by car around Dolomites area.
It was amazing...host, chalet, location, the view of the mountains and 3 Zinnen itself. I recommend this host and Unter back chalets...It was one of my favourite winter holidays, and we traveled a lot. If you have kids host has a small farm on site (horses, owl, goats, donkeys, rabbits...) . We loved the idea, that you order breakfast online and receive it the next day at 7.00 in front of your door. The host, chalet and everything were just amazing. I recommend it to all.
Kofelhof is the best place by far to observe the east-north panorama of the Natural park Tre Cimme ❤️. You don't even want to move from this place. Waking up and falling asleep on a farm full of different animals is a great experience. Thank you, Evi, for sharing your life and thoughts with us.
