Tranquility in a stunning location. Everything from the main house decor and poolside furniture to room and bed linens were of great quality. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, and Luigi was adorable. The breakfast was fab.

The room was huge and nicely furnished. We had comfortable beds and AC. All staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies did our beds everyday and cleaned the rubbish out from the rooms. The location is perfect if you want to go to the lakes. It’s 5min to Iseo lake and beach. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Would recommend.

I can't tell you enough about this place and the people location it was extremely beautiful and quite surrounded by vineyards and orchard very quiet and peaceful you can see gorgeous sunsets from the terrace private carpark generous delicious homemade breakfast from jam, cake, and vanilla all fantastic, very helpful and friendly family run by a couple and 3 gorgeous boys my car didn't start on the day was leaving, the owner and his two gorgeous sons helped me a lot with recharging the battery and buying petrol, for more than 2 hours they were occupied with helping my car which I am ever so grateful, he could say no but instead, he kindly helped me till getting the car started again, and I head back on road. room was duplex and very spacious. the restaurant is close by walking 5 minutes the owner produces his olive oil and wine which I would have loved to buy so as for homemade jam, from trees in the garden figs, peaches, plums also some lavender soap and sprays but was limited with my luggage allowance, It's not expensive at all. you get far more than you pay in comparison to some other parts of Italy

The villa has great views of the surrounding hills and wineyards. The staff that we could find was very helpful. We have a baby and were in need of a kettle or a water heater of some sort (which we thought would be available in the room, as in most standard hotel rooms). There was none in the room and the staff brought us a coffee machine that we could use to have hot water.
