First of all, this is truly “agriturismo”, meaning fully functioning farm to grow vegetables and fruits, vineyard and some working machines, like tractors, loaders etc.
The apartament was located in some kind of bungalow, featuring air conditioning, spacious bathroom, bedroom and small leaving area with a simple kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet in the night. The breakfast, if you carefully choose the menu is various, a juice is fresh, made from fruits, good coffee, high quality Italian meats, cheese and more.
We were lucky to have a dinner in the restaurant and chose local specialities. Local meat, also vegetarian versions were delicious. White wine was very good too.
There were not so many people, so the service was always on our wish. In short words, if you keep in mind what agriturismo is, then definitely the place is worthy to stay.
Agriturismo Mulino Delle Tolle is 5 minutes’ drive from Bagnaria Arsa town centre. This working farm offers air-conditioned accommodation and a traditional restaurant.

We enjoyed how quiet the place is. As you can read in other reviews, there is no outside lounge or pool which contributes to the calmness and peace. Also, the guest rooms are fully embedded into a very well organised agricultural activity, which for us was interesting to experience and see. The whole place is extremely clean and tidy which shows the high dedication and professionalism of the owner. Last but not least Adriana was very welcoming, discrete and helpful. We have spent a wonderful week in this lovely place.

this was a great quiet place on a farm. They drove us to the local restaurant as their restaurant was closed. It was a peaceful escape from the motorway.

The hotel is truly a beautiful and serene place to stay when in Italy. The location is perfect if you want to visit either the Italian seaside or the Slovenian wine road at Goriška brda. The hotel gives of a luxurious, homey vibe and the owners really do tend to your every need. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were huge, beautifully decorated and had a very romantic, tuscan vibe overall.

The agriturismo is a gem worth recommending for a peaceful, romantic and indulgent retreat. The hosts were welcoming, the family deluxe rooom was marked by newness, cleanliness and attention to detail. The wine and food was a highlight, offering delicious local flavours. The superb breakfast was the perfect start to our busy day and so abundant. Kids loved the outdoor area and playground.
The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was new. We appreciated the fact that the windows had screens so we could open them for fresh air without getting mosquitos or flies. They had their own restaurant and farmers' market as well.
