Loved relaxing and exploring the property. The breakfast was a highlight of our day. This villa was a highlight of our trip. Also, the staff was so kind to pick up and drop us off at the train station since we were without a car (recommend having a car if you want to explore more.)

Gorgeous property in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. Just 15 minutes to the adorable town of Pienza. Other small Tuscany towns nearby as well.
Full board was awesome. We relaxed and read and ate and met interesting people from around the world.

A warm recommendation for the place of Maria and Santiago, the Wonderful hosts. very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, hot water and an excellent breakfast with a cake that Maria makes every morning, and everything is produced on the beautiful farm. Beautiful villa offering a unique stay. Situated in lovely countryside with generous rooms and great views of the surrounding vineyards and farmland. Two pools with sunloungers and a good breakfast that could be eaten outside. 5 minutes drive from both the main road to Siena and the nearest town, Rapolano Terme so within easy reach of restaurants and amenities, while still feeling as though you were in the heart of the countryside.
It is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by green hills and lovely horses. The house is huge and spacious. Paulo and Teodora were friendly and cared for everything we needed. We had a great time
An absolutely idyllic location and stay. Simply stunning beauty and charm with the farm animals! In addition, a huge plus is the super attentive hosts. The care taken to make your stay relaxing and peaceful is the icing on the cake.
The villa happily surprised me with grander garden, wonderful view, and gorgeous architecture. The owner keeps the rustic beauty and puts simple interior decorations to compliment the bone structure. Those arches under the sunshine reminds me the big old palace. I suggest to ask them about restaurants suggestion in advance then book it earlier.
Paid for but didn’t have breakfast as we were all meant to be staying together in the one property as we were at a family wedding but apartments were not fit for purpose so we had to book another apartment at a separate location. So we met in the town and had breakfast together. I liked the real Tuscan farmhouse style accommodation.
The two pools. This was the most relaxing part of my 2-week vacation in Italy. I want to go back to this agriturismo. The breakfasts were incredible. The service was impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! If "posizione" means location, it was my only less than excellent answer because the only thing nearby is the town, but that's okay for a few days of relaxation.
the family who runs this farm/guest house were absolutely lovely. The property is beautifully designed. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was perfect during the hot weather we had. The home cooked dinners were lovingly prepared by the family ever night. It is a special place and we will definitely return. I cannot say enough good things about it. Bravo!
