I cannot say enough good things about Baglio Occhipinti! Our room was stunning and spacious, with a claw foot tub and extremely comfortable bed. Truly magical grounds, views of the orchards/vineyards, quaint outdoor gardens and nooks. A beautiful swimming pool, which I had to swim in (even though it was super chilly during our stay in November). Excellent services; Viviana helped book us a tour of the nearby Occhipinti Vineyard as well as an in-room massage. The breakfast spread was incredible, and the dinners excellent – and the cooks were extremely accommodating to my food allergies. We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer! And it's a great location – from here we made trips to Ragusa, Modica, and even Agrigento/Valley of the Temples (although that was a more significant drive, maybe not for everyone). I hope to revisit this incredible place someday.

A beautifully restored historic farm is located in a scenic area among the agricultural fields of Scicli. Our rooms are stunning, featuring contemporary chic décor, comfortable beds and furnishings, and spotless cleanliness. Amazing hospitality from a lovely couple who take great care in running this agritourismo. Delicious breakfasts included, and well worth having dinner as well - we ate here three nights in a row and it was different everytime, with a very carefully selected menu by the chef (who can cater for dietary requirements). The room was spacious with a deck and modern bathroom - great rain shower head! 5 beautiful dogs around who love to be scratched, and a lovely pool with views over the hills. This was an absolutely magical experience.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
While running a farm, the family provides accommodation for decent price/quality ratio. Equipment is basic and satisfactory. Our kid enjoyed the pool. Homemade croissants with ricotta filling are delicious (but heavy). No farm scent ir loud noise inside the ACed room.

Beautifully restored buildings with high quality finishes and furnishings. The old mansion house is set in a quiet location surrounded by peaceful farmlands. The gardens and pool are picturesque. The Arabic fountain courtyard adds to the atmosphere. Staff were attentive and helpful and breakfast and restaurant food were excellent. Thank you!

When we drove to this hotel, we were wondering if our google maps was sending us to the wrong location. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a lovely restored farmhouse. With nice views and a lovely pool area. Our only regret is that we should have booked 2 nights instead of 1. Plenty of onsite parking and a short drive to the historical towns.
One of our favorites, among ten agriturismo and small town BnBs from Catania to Palermo. Ownership and management vest in two sisters who attend wonderfully to guests' needs and queries. Our room was comfortable, the breakfasts inside or on the terrazza outstanding. Location is wonderful for viewing old-town Ragusa. Closeby parking. Epoca suited us very well.

The location was surprising to us. I guess we did not read enough about the property before we booked. We drove on a dirt road among olive trees wondering if we were lost. It was glorious. We arrived at this rustic, beautiful farmhouse with wonderful staff that took care of us like we were family. It was a relaxing and peaceful stay with the most beautiful views. The grounds are gorgeous.
