Stunningly beautiful place in the rural town of Pontremoli. Lovely room with a private balcony with a view of the mountains. We went out of season so the pool was closed as it was too cold. Dinner was a set.menu of home made traditional Italian food that was delicious! We were very late getting there as there was a 2 hour traffic jam on the autostrada but the owner waited up for us and settled us in with a warm welcome! The breakfast was great with lots if choice even freshly squeezed orange juice!
The place was just wondering! The place has such a rustic character full of charm. The dogs and cats come and greet you in the morning and there is even a communal room with some board games.
