The location is up on the hill, with the rooms spread over an exceptional nice garden (large lavender plants included :)). The staff is very friendly, really paying attention for the guests to feel spoiled. The small restaurant is not to be missed - the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cosy!

This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, the location is ideal, and the facilities are very good. Big rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was the star of the show, with several delicious options and fresh produce made by the hotel themselves every day. Would recommend

Sightseeing of Alps was exceptional. The air is so clean and tasty. And also very comfortable (especially comparing to Pisa with it's 37C with no trees).

Amazing location with a great view to the surrounding area and mountains. Not far from lake Como but a little secluded so if you're travelling with car or a motorbike this is the perfect location. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Surrounding area is calm and quiet. Host was friendly. Unfortunately host did not speak english so prepare by learning some phrases if you're not italian. We still managed to communicate with my very basic italian and google translate and she was very friendly an accomodating. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay around lake Como. My only regret is staying here for 1 night only, I should have booked for a week. 5 Stars.

A lovely little house in a great location.
Beautiful views down into the valley in the morning and evening.
In the village there is a church and a small bar where you can have a delicious dinner organised by the owner.
Be sure to follow and read the directions given by the owner. Turning off at the wrong end of the road will take you up the local road, which is very narrow in places. Our Toyota Land Cruiser could barely get past the two houses.
The house has its own small kitchenette where you can cook your own meals.
The rooms are comfortable and cosy. Each room has its own toilet and shower. Dogs are allowed.
For a small fee, the owner offers breakfast and dinner in the on-site restaurant.
He uses local ingredients.
Dinner is accompanied by local wine produced by the owner.
The host is also happy to provide information on where to go and what to see in the area. He also speaks English.
We visited at the end of December, the weather was warm and sunny.
A great place to relax and get a taste of local village life and enjoy a different kind of Italy.
