Serena and Simone are the perfect hosts!
Before we arrived, Serena sent us directions for the propety and asked for any kind of food resrictions, which she remembered when we arrived. The place is the most beutiful, full of amazing views. The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable, and also the bathroom and shower (it's bigger than seem in pictures), and everything was very clean!
There is also a nice yard with chairs outside that you can sit if the weather is nice.
Nice and fresh breakfest with home-made jams, freshly picked fruits, wonderful cafe, eggs by request and more.
It is very close to Orvieto by car (around 10 min). Serena and Simone helpled us with anything we needed, gave us great recommandations for restuarants and activities, and made us feel at home. We will defently like to return this place once in Umbria again.

We loved learning about the history of this incredible home! The location can't be beat as it sits overlooking the historical town of Orvieto, only a short drive away. There is another beautiful, historical town that sits on a hilltop only accessible by foot bridge called Civita, another must-see. There is so much to see and do in the area, including cave tours.
If you'd rather a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, this is the place for you! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub, a patio area as well as an outdoor sitting area for those warmer days. There is a lovely area inside to curl up and wat h TV or read if you wish, and the bedroom is gorgeous, filled with amazing history with original 18th-century charm still in place.

Fabulous staff, apartment and food. The apartment was extremely spacious for our family of 4 (baby and toddler). We could use the pool and explore the grounds at our leisure. Our toddler loved the farm. Food was excellent for dinner one night and breakfast every day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. House was beautiful and cozy. Isolated enough for peace but only 20 minutes from Orvieto. Lovely owner and her father who were so kind and generous. But most importantly, having homemade sausage, prosciutto, farm fresh eggs, chicken, honey, and olive oil made this trip phenomenal!
It's a comfortable hotel in a pleasant rural location. Friendly staff, generous communal living room, and there was decent food in the restaurant.
