It was such a wonderful stay, the ambiance was so relaxing and the room was so clean and lovely.We arrived in the evening and was welcomed by Nicolo and the two friendly dogs🐶.A good place to be when visiting Lake Garda, a half hour drive to Sirmione.We read about how delicious the Breakfast is,unfortunately we have to go early back to Germany,maybe in our next visit.

Me and my family registered at Agriturismo Olistico Atman for one night. I haven't been so excited about accommodation in a long time. The location itself is fantastic. It really gives a special energy. The rooms in the house are in chakra colors which is a great idea. In the valley below the building there is an energy labyrinth, meditative music plays gently everywhere on the property and the vegetation itself coincides with the whole story, they also have a place for yoga. All employees are genuinely friendly. They helped us with advice on what else we can visit in the surroundings of Garda. You can buy crystals, jewelry. The breakfast is excellent, the dining area is homely, as if you are in your own kitchen.

Excellent farm stay! Very welcoming hosts. Even made us a last minute restaurant reservation when we arrived late at night. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had and beyond any 5 star restaurant. Everything comes straight from the farm and is delicious. Perfect as both a holiday spot and as a stopover spot if driving across northern Italy.
The hotel almost as seen in Italian movies. Ancient building with kind of a farmhouse nearby, very nice patio (where breakfast is served), plants and cat.
Even the building is old the facilities (shower etc.) are excellent. And so is the furniture.
Best part of the stay was the contact with the hosts. They made us feel super welcome even we only stayed for a night. You can feel their passion for running this place, and you are instantly at ease.

Makes for an excellent farm stay; quiet and serene after a long day out. The apartment was comfortable and spacious to house a family of 5. The kitchen had the essentials to enjoy a nice meal with drinks. The highlight of the stay was the amazing fresh breakfast served with ample fruits and other locally inspired delicacies.

We recently stayed at this charming farmhouse and had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The location was serene, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a much-needed break from the Gardaland park activities.

Well preserved restored farm house in a beautiful rural setting. The apartments are really big, super clean and fully furnished, with a big table and chairs that comes very handy for some desktop work or just for cooking and eating home. Plenty of open space for kids and a beautiful landscape, with wineries at a stone's throw and the Garda Lake at easy reach. Nice breakfast and super attentive staff. They offered, upon request, and at no extra cost a gluten free breakfast with dedicated gluten free products. Great value for money!
What an amazing place!!
This is a very quiet, very clean farm stay. The room was huge, very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the place is super-quiet. You can park on site and parking is free.

The owner is very friendly and kind, he helped us find a local restaurant. We visited in January and many places were shut for winter holiday, the owner found a really good and cheap restaurant for us.
