It's a very unique, authentic farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees. They were harvesting the olives when we were there. Although we were only 4 people there, they put the whole buffet breakfast, presented beautifully. The croissants were extra fluffy and delicious. The lovely young man at the reception was really friendly and sweet as well as the other staff members. Although it's end of October I went for a swim in the pool, which is huge and the garden had interesting plants as well. A place I will never forget, thank you!

Everything was perfect! I can highly recommend that place. It is more than vacation! It is the whole experience of being a part of this beautiful and peaceful place! Vincenzo, Carlo, Salvatore and Jurek are amazing hosts! Each one is so helpful and kind! The place is wonderful, the animals (dogs, cats, little bird, horses and donkey - extremely petfull and nice!), apartments was great, had everything we needed, there is also great internet connection (wi-fi), there is extra paid laudry, beautiful, clean pool. you can also buy they own wines, passatas and olive oil - which is great. Beach, shops, pharmacy - everything is close by car. You can easily get to Modica and Ragusa. Vincenzo will give you all directions where to eat and where to go! We also had great opportunity to take part in some party in Masseseria, w Hoch was great! Amazing experience! PERFECTO!

Breathtaking place with wonderful views to the fields, very kind host, beautifully equipped and decored rooms, very comfy bed. We were gifted welcome snack and delicious breakfast with homemade pancakes and cheeses from local farmer. We really enjoyed the pool in romantic garden and lovely evenings on the terrace.
The place was really nice but the people were even better. The breakfasts were something special: every day, the owner provides delicious Modica home-made chocolates together with other home-made local specialities. Furthermore, breakfast is served by a very kind and welcoming lady who provides you with whatever you need.
Tangerins hanging from the trees branches were also at disposal in the house citrus grove!
The owner Giancarlo is very kind and welcoming, so is his daughter. He was extremely nice and helpful, I couldn't believe it. The breakfast included in the price was phenomenal, unbelievably good. It has truly been an experience of a lifetime. I cherish the memories and I am positive we'll come back next time. This agriturismo is the number one experience in the Modica.
Everything! I cannot praise Giovanni & his staff highly enough. The hospitality was excellent. The food & wine were fantastic. The agriturismo is in a peaceful location but near Modica & an easy drive to Noto. We wanted peace & quiet after a busy few days sightseeing & this lovely property was perfect. The pool area is beautiful & there’s a wonderful spa where I had a relaxing massage.

Giancarlo, although not fluent in English is a dab hand at translating via Google and we shared a few good laughs.
Room has mosquito netting so the windows can be opened however the pesky bugs were already present and bit a few times this is to be expected anywhere in Sicily.
Breakfast was absolutely perfect and all made by giancarlo who explained some tips and tricks alongside some more laughs via Google translate.
Very quiet Agritourism. We are dealing with an old countryside house (masseria) totally renewed with accuracy by the owner and transformed in Bed & Breakfast by the owner. Room quite large, new furniture and renovation respecting the style; there is also a kitchen; if you like quite, landscape in nature and reminescence of old times is perfect it seems to be back in the years
