This is run by a family business, so they are doing their best to run it accordingly. Francesco, the owner, is very friendly & accommodating. The bedroom can be a little tight for a family of 4 but is doeable for a few nights.The bathroom is nice, and the water pressure is nice. The villa is set in the countryside, but it is close to grocery stores, etc. Bus station is about 2 min drive & train station is 10 min away.

I booked this property as a gift for my son and daughter in law on the first night of their honeymoon because it was close to the airport so they could rest before beginning their tour in Venice. The shuttle service was great and met them at Marco Polo airport. They loved their private bungalow and delicious breakfast. It was close to the town for restaurants and public transportation to get them into Venice the following day.

Wonderful house in a rural setting. The accommodation was great. It's like an apartment - it has a bedroom with a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. There are several separate apartments, all in this big nice house.
Everything was super clean and the hosts were very welcoming.

For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
The farm has been professionally refurbished and is surounded by nature. The breakfast was served with a wide variety of home-baked cakes. The bus station is only 700 m away with direct buses to Venice (7E and 7DE). The bus ticket vending machine was not operating, thus you need a mobile phone to buy a ticket. Three very good restaurants are just left of the bus station, serving Italian, American and Japanese food.
We used this agritourismo as our gateway to Venice. We enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast were very good. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and the homemade Lasagna was fantastic. Francesco and Mary were very hospitable and help with getting to Venice. We used the train from Mira Mirano thru Mestre to Venice and back and it worked great. Would highly recommend .
Close to Venice, yet rural and rustic. Breakfast in the secret garden was perfect. Hostess Elisa did an awesome job making us feel welcome and attended.
The breakfast was amazing. The setting and hospitality was relaxing, rustic and beautiful during a busy holiday. The dinner was exceptional.
