Beautiful views down into the valley in the morning and evening.
In the village there is a church and a small bar where you can have a delicious dinner organised by the owner.
Be sure to follow and read the directions given by the owner. Turning off at the wrong end of the road will take you up the local road, which is very narrow in places. Our Toyota Land Cruiser could barely get past the two houses.
The house has its own small kitchenette where you can cook your own meals.
The rooms are comfortable and cosy. Each room has its own toilet and shower. Dogs are allowed.
For a small fee, the owner offers breakfast and dinner in the on-site restaurant.
He uses local ingredients.
Dinner is accompanied by local wine produced by the owner.
The host is also happy to provide information on where to go and what to see in the area. He also speaks English.

Amazing location with a great view to the surrounding area and mountains. Not far from lake Como but a little secluded so if you're travelling with car or a motorbike this is the perfect location. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Surrounding area is calm and quiet. Host was friendly. Unfortunately host did not speak english so prepare by learning some phrases if you're not italian. We still managed to communicate with my very basic italian and google translate and she was very friendly an accomodating. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay around lake Como. My only regret is staying here for 1 night only, I should have booked for a week. 5 Stars.

This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.

The hotel is beautiful! All is very clean and well designed. The pool is very nice, and all the surrounding is charming (the farm, the resting areas, the greenhouse..). Very good breakfast, all with ingredients from the farm.

The place was very relaxing and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very interesting to see the farm but it was too hot so unfortunately we couldnt take advantage of the bikes available to go for a ride etc. A lovely place although a bit expensive for the room we had.

I particularly liked the restaurant and the beautiful location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It is a hotel and as well a farm with a shop and lots of animals to see. This is especially nice for children and if you want to buy some farm made goods as a souvenir or gift.
Beautiful Agriturismo, kids loved the tour of the farm and chance to milk the goat. Bedroom was well set up with a great shower. Breakfast was beautiful with the local ingredients from the farm.
