Agriturismo Il Colle is a wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and facilities overlooking Lake Como. The vistas from our room windows and the lawns and patios were excellent. The manager and staff were all top notch and helpful in all matters. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms were very large and clean with very good beds. The bathroom was also very nice and also spacious. The grounds provide good parking if you are traveling by car.
The very beautiful lakeside towns of Bellagio and San Giovanni are both about a 15 to 20 minute walk (all down hill). Note that the return walks are all uphill. At age 70, we walk quite a bit, and we found the walking reasonable, however those that are not in reasonably good condition should be aware that there are no shuttles or easy parking closer to Bellagio.
Agriturismo Al Marnich is a working farm set in Schignano in the hilly countryside, 5 miles from Lake Como. You can sample homegrown organic food in the characteristic restaurant.
Agriturismo La Nevera is located in Lanzo d’Intelvi and it features a sun terrace. Guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant and pizzeria.

This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.

It's in a lovely, green setting away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. The breakfast provided was a treat and included yogurt and homemade jams and coffee cake. A relaxed vibe is reinforced by the presence of a couple very friendly farm dogs.

Rustic setting a 40 minute walk from Menaggio. Hosts were very friendly and attentive. Evening meal was a special treat, Popular with the locals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
The vecchio was in a beautiful secluded valley on the river! The family who run the farm are really kind and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable and were able to provide gluten free options for meals! Make sure to tour the farm and see the trout ponds and gallinas! And take a hike up the trail to see some beautiful scenery and waterfalls. I will definitely come back here for a visit!
Very nice place in the mountains with nice torrent and beautiful nature and fresh air. Excellent for walking. Simple but excellent homemade food with truite from the farm!
