Agriturismo Grion is a very new and sparkling clean structure with rooms that can compete with 3-4 star hotels. Our room was very nicely decorated, with wooden beams on the ceiling, the colors of the room are in harmony with the nature, the kitchen area is very well equipped, making cooking there an easy and pleasant task. The bed was extremely comfortable, and very qualitative sheets and towels were offered. The owners of the structure immediately prepared a cot at our arrival for our 3 years old son, even if we hadn't informed them before, and they offered him coloring books. The bathoorm is very nicely decorated, and all toiletries are provided, even slippers, handcream, toothbrush and toothpaste, ear plugs etc. In the kitchen, they also provided some fette biscotate with marmelade, coffee, tea, and a very nice bottle of wine from their own production. The room has a great air condition system, despite the 38 degrees outside, in the room the temperature was very pleasant. Private parking is available on the site. All these small attention to details made it a great stay, and we will definitely come back, especially during the season when the restaurant is open to try the local cuisine. Easy check in, and clean spacious room. We only stayed for less than 12 hours, just passing by on our road trip back home to Sweden. The breakfast in the morning was just delicious. Very friendly staff. Next time we will stay longer in the area.

A very well designed modern guest house in a fantastic location, looking out over the hills. A warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are pristine with high quality furnishings. There's an excellent restaurant with good food at reasonable prices.

Madi and Marco are lovely hosts. Alfio and Bianca, the resident dogs, were very friendly and visited all the tables at the taverna in the evening. The swimming pool was perfect on a sunny day. Breakfast was generous and sumptuous. It is very close to the amazing restaurant, La Subida. The surrounding countryside and vineyards and luscious. It's a peaceful, green part of the world.

We really enjoyed the rustic feeling of the castle, we were also amazed by the beauty of the nature surrounding the castle. The hosts gave us a warm welcome with a glass of their homemade Merlot. We also enjoyed the company of their furry friends Leo and Rosa.
A little bit remote, most of the time quiet unless there is a train passing on the railway line nearby. Fortunately not so often. The rooms are rustic but cozy and very clean. The bed is so comfy. The best I had in days. Firm mattress and proper pillows. The shower is equipped with all kinds of gadgets.

grion is completely new accommodation, the quality rather Austrian Alps than Italy. We had bikes- a good location for a trip to vipava +soca valley goriska brda At the weekend, there is family restaurant + wine sales, than small shop with farm products - quite popular among the locals, I think

I think it is a very good acommodation for transit during a holiday or for visiting the area.
Great stay with a great host. We were warmly welcomed, the place is very nicely designed with rustic touches such as the stone oven. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the wine yards. And the dinner menu was superb!
