Brand new beautiful and cozy apartment. If you are traveling by car or bike the location is excellent. A beautiful seaside is a few min drive, parking at the seaside is easy. A supermarket is 3 min drive.
The area is very quiet.
The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was very clean and comfortable.
Micol is a great host, very helpful and friendly, communication by WhatsApp was very fast and easy.

The apartment is really spacious and clean with all mod cons. There is air conditioning in all the rooms which was very necessary as we were there during a serious heatwave. The pool is small, but never overcrowded.
There is a communal washing machine which we used a couple of times.
The location is great, away from the crowds, yet you can also borrow bikes to cycle to the beaches. It is also very easy to drive to the larger town too. The hosts provide their own fresh fruit and veg which you can just help yourself to and they are super helpful. There is a pizzeria/restaurant just down the road too.
For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
By far the best agriturismo we have been in the Tuscany region. We were so delighted by the warm welcome from the owners. Well managed 12 hectors of green olive farm, lots animals and a beautiful property. Good set up for children's play area-- our four-year-old son loved it. Daniela is a wonderful host. She prepared a delicious dinner for us-- with so much love and care. We will definitely return.
Agriturismo Cannavota is a great holiday location in Tuscany near Follonica. Nice apartment with a full equipment. Great swimming pool with a large outdoor area. The manager is friendly and welcoming. The stay was wonderful and we have enjoyed it. Thank you.
