For a short stay in the hills of Italy overlooking the sea, this place was great. Next door there is a great family-owned restaurant that we went to twice. The pool is perfect for a dip when it gets too hot.

The location is absolutely stunning. You have to drive up a narrow mountain road which is kind of terrifying but the view at the top is so worth it. Once you've driven down the road again, you're in town or at the beach within minutes.
The breakfast was served at a very cute location a little bit down the road and it was delicious. The owners have a big yard (which is also open for the guests, they have a bunch of places to sit there) where they grow a lot of fruit and they gave us a bottle of wine from their garden when we arrived and a big bag of lemons when we left.
Our room had everything we needed and we were very very pleased.

It's a location you're sure to fall in love with. Everything is tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. We spent three days (4 nights) relaxing by the pool, not once were we tempted to go to the beach.

House has its own character, very friendly owners. We.were not disturbed by highway above house, nature around was very prominent, calming. We didn't have ventilator or air-conditioning in room, but it was not too hot inside. Very comfortable beds. Excellent local cuisine for dinner and very tasty self- made cakes for breakfast. Our children were disappointed that there was no Internet connection, but it was nice possibility for internet- off days. The sea side is few km away, there are few nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room & en-suite bathroom in a gorgeous rural location. Giulia and her mum were perfect hosts - so friendly & hospitable - we loved chatting with them! The surrounding area is beautiful and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We saw fire flies & deer during our short stay of one night which added to the magic. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
Our stay in La Rocca di Perti was great. The atmosphere of this place is so good because of the people who run the Agriturismo. They are so kind and nice,always smiling to help. We could feel at home. We have got some home made jam and house wine which was produced by Nico and everything was delicious.
The rural location was in an old hamlet on a hillside with beautiful views from the bedrooms. It was quiet and peaceful. Difficult to get to without a car but bus and walk up a steep hillside possible.
The staff and owners are exceptionally friendly people and do make an effort to make your stay pleasant. They farm their own vegetables and fruits in an organic fashion, which are offered all day long. The food is authentic ligurian cuisine, made by a lovely italian "Mama". Yumm! They make great coffee and an amazing hot chocolate. Having private parking in front of the hotel is great.
The breakfast was lovely and always beautifully presented. Laura was delightful as was her daughter.The farm and rooms were immaculate and extremely clean.
Breakfast was phenomenal! It was like being at your Italian Grandma's house. All fresh food from their farm with unlimited options. The room was clean and smelled great. It had a cool and consistent temperature. The hosts didn't speak any English but were very accommodating!
