Beautiful property and the spa was such a pleasant surprise. The host opened the spa for us later in the evening as we arrived late. It was a wonderful evening and we so appreciated his kindness.

the family that runs the place are really really nice and gives a cosy feeling. the place is beautiful easier with a car.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Proximity to Fermo and the sea are a big plus. Nice pool, friendly staff, Air conditioning was a bless. Breakfast is better than in most places, and increasing the amount of healthy / savory options would make it better. Some kids in the pool wrecked our daughters inflatable unicorn when we weren't there but the agriturismo replaced it for us (which they weren't responsible for offcourse).
Casale Calderette is a Beautiful Place to stay with a larger group with up to 9 people. the large house with its garden is surrounded by fields. The former farmhouse was completely rebuilt a few years ago. the garden is well maintained, there are fireplaces in and outside the house, a place for BBQ as well as an ofen for baking Pizza. the kitchen is huge and is well equipped. Two! large refrigerators… a huge living room with lots of light. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
