Lovely old farmhouse, very quiet and peaceful, stunning views, pool and hot tub, plenty of space around the property, lots of loungers and outdoor seating. Barbara and Roberto were delightful people, very kind ,considerate and helpful, as were all the staff, the ladies who prepared breakfast were very welcoming and helped make our stay a great experience. The breakfasts are fantastic, lots of food, lots of choice and more than enough to keep you going all day. We ate at the property for the evening meal, Barbara prepares all the food so freshness guaranteed. The meal we had was excellent and well worth 25 euros a head. Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Location was convenient, quiet and accessible. Our host Antonio was exceptional. He was very helpful about the local area and gave us excellent advice regarding sites to visit. He went over and above as far was hospitality and made us feel very welcome. He offered a wine tasting which was excellent and his breakfast was fantastic, especially the cappuccino and croissants. We would definitely return and recommend it highly.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Initially there was a mix up with the booking but this was but right very quickly and the owner was very apologetic. The rooms were large and clean and well furnished and outside there was plenty of space to relax around the pool. Very pleased with the location, only a few minutes drive to Faenza and 20 minutes to get to the Nature Reserve in the mountains.

First of all, I have to say that Anna is an wonderful woman and her team is amazing. She runs from breakfast until late at night to make everyone happy. When we arrived they welcomed us very friendly, we felt like we were in a family home. She asked us what we liked for breakfast and prepared it accordingly. She made pancakes for my son. Dinners were very tasty and not expensive. During our stay, we cooked in the kitchen in our room for a few days and ate at the restaurant a few days. There is everything needed for cooking, an oven and a large refrigerator. Our room was cleaned every day. Having mosquito nets and air conditioning in the rooms is also a great advantage.

The fabulous apartment with everything we expected, the superb swimming pool, which we had to ourselves, the very peaceful surroundings, the beautiful view of vineyards, olive groves, arable land, valley and mountains. The very good fairly short walks (ca 2 miles, which was ideal for us). Marta and Theresa were extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps, as much as anything, we loved the peace and warmth under a clear blue sky . We also enjoyed playing ping-pong on the outdoor table!
