We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean & beautiful, the area is absolutely stunning and everything is so quiet. The pool area is very nice and clean and perfect to relax! We had dinner there and it was so delicious! We stayed for two nights but definitely would come back again and stay longer

Lovely old farmhouse, very quiet and peaceful, stunning views, pool and hot tub, plenty of space around the property, lots of loungers and outdoor seating.
Barbara and Roberto were delightful people, very kind ,considerate and helpful, as were all the staff, the ladies who prepared breakfast were very welcoming and helped make our stay a great experience. The breakfasts are fantastic, lots of food, lots of choice and more than enough to keep you going all day.
We ate at the property for the evening meal, Barbara prepares all the food so freshness guaranteed. The meal we had was excellent and well worth 25 euros a head. Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Highly recommended!

The host were very welcoming, friendly and spoke great english. The hotel was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with continental options and fruit, with the option of scrambled egg etc. I will definitely be coming back if I'm staying in the area again.

The hills around faenza are very beautiful with vineyards, olive trees etc - sort of a mini tuscany but less touristy. Easy to go to ravenna etc
Warm welcome and hospitality by the owners. Unique location on a hill between the vineyards. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax around the old farmhouse and pool areas. Delicious breakfast and dinner with specialties from the region.

we spoke very little Italian and the owner very little English but we managed well. The restaurant was closed but they still made us a delicious plate of ravioli and insalata verde. the wine was great too. we felt really welcome.

A Beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful spot just outside Faenza. The rooms were big and nicely decorated, the bath was great and the hosts were warm and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the dinner we ordered was superb. I hope to come back for a longer stay
We had a charming and large room with nice bathroom and shower in an old farm house very well renovated, the restaurant was good, nice garden, friendly staff. There are some vegan options for dinner.
