Location is about 45mins from Mantova, Verona or any place around Garda. The property is well kept. The owner was kind, open for small talk and she gave useful advices for when or where to visit. The room was clean and well kept. As for breakfast, I couldn't wish for more. There was also a dedicated parking spot under a roof. AC is quiet and works perfectly. As for summer trips there is also a smaller sized fridge where you can keep your drinks and snacks.

Great hotel for a great rest and vacation. It is located not far from the lake Garda and other locations. Very easy to drive from the hotel to dolomite Alps as well. The owner is very kind and nice, he always made sure that our stay was perfect!

It was such a wonderful stay, the ambiance was so relaxing and the room was so clean and lovely.We arrived in the evening and was welcomed by Nicolo and the two friendly dogs🐶.A good place to be when visiting Lake Garda, a half hour drive to Sirmione.We read about how delicious the Breakfast is,unfortunately we have to go early back to Germany,maybe in our next visit.

The apartments were beautiful & had absolutely everything we needed. So quiet, especially when you come from a rural “quiet “ environment. The pool & gardens were lovely,
It was such a nice room and lovely balcony overlooking the lake. It was the best location. The breakfast was served in the small cortyard and it was a wonderful breakfast with everything you need, top quality ham and cheeses and exlusive juices bought from a local farm nearby. They served scrambled eggs or eggs the way you want it and this was the highlight of the day for my son. I would definately stay here again if I ever come back. Lovely family owned B&B.
Excellent location - peaceful and quiet countryside, not far from the lake and from Desenzano, plenty of space for playing sport or relaxing. Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast (including home-made cakes), farm animals to keep children happy.
Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature, located just minutes away from Desenzano downtown and pier by car. The view from the private balcony is breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfy. Beautiful renovated farmhouse surrounded by winefields, 5 minutes driving distance to Sirmione. The location is very pretty and peaceful.
The outdoor area is nice for children.

The price was incredible for considering the pool, gardens, quality of accommodation general feel, when compared to other properties in this region of Italy which are by far less on all counts. Excellent rooms finished to a very high modern standard with a farmhouse feel retained. very quiet location, perfect for relaxation. it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer.
