This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Puglia! I have no words to describe Francesco and Stella's hospitality starting off with a great welcoming with drinks and apperitivo. They made us feel a part of their family with endless recommendations for restaurants and things to do and they really cared about our overall experience in Puglia, organizing cooking classes and things to do for us even when we continued our road trip.
The Masseria was a unique place to relax in the Italian countryside with beautiful gardens, swimming pool and very nice rooms. The breakfast was very rich, delicious and Francesco was so attentive to everyone's (6 persons) personal food preferences. We will definitely be back. Ps. We also did our engagement photo shoot at the venue and it was the perfect place.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff here. It is so rare to find so many lovely people working in the same place, but truly everyone I encountered was full of smiles and eager to attend to their guests. I felt immediately at home - a truly remarkable team. Add in lounging in sun bed by their beautiful pool, the garden in the back harvested daily for use in their kitchen, and the lovely breakfast with homemade cakes from their chef, and you're in for a wonderful stay. My only regrets are that I'd had too big of a late lunch before arrival to dine their for dinner and that I only stayed for one night. Can't wait to return.

We stayed in the Trulli, Raffi thought about all the details which uncluded free water but also towels for the beach, and even bags to bring to the beach. Breakfast was very delicious! On the check out day, we were even allowed to use the room untill the afternoon as so we could shower and get changed before going to the airport. Thank you Raffi for the nice days!

All staff members, including reception, restaurant, bar, and management, were extremely helpful, obliging, and responsive in their interactions with us. Despite our delay on a busy Sunday when they had a function, they still reserved a table for our lunch. They truly went above and beyond for us.
The selection and quality of the food was exceptional, and the service and entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
The country house, the swimming pool and the grounds are an oasis of serenity and pleasure to stroll through and acknowledge the hard work and attention to detail of the entire property.

Staff friendliness - we spent two weeks in Sicily and Puglia, and by far Ticiana and her mother were the sweetest persons we met - both made everything they could to make us feel at home.
The experience of breakfast with the homemade farm products was a big bonus. - that includes bread, cheese and jam.
Rooms are large and clean. Shower cabin could be slightly larger.

Masseria Poli was an exceptional place to stay! The owners are super friendly and helpful, the rooms all newly renovated and beautiful. The location is rural, with relaxing quiet evenings to enjoy. However it’s only a short drive to the seaside towns Polignano and Monopoli. Breakfast was the best we had on our Puglia trip! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.
We stayed here for a week. Located in the central areas of lovely Conversano, the accomodation offers a perfect base for exploring the Puglia region. The accommodation is clean and perfectly quiet during the night despite being located on a busy street. The owner was very attentive and hospitable, offering fresh fruits harvested on the family farm. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
The farm is nicely restored, one room is built like an appartman with kitchen and bath. The owner is very nice and helpful though his limited English.Nice breakfast. The area around is full with olive and other fruit trees.
