It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. The property is very traditional. Beds are very comfortable and rooms very lovely and simple. The location is stunning and the pool is absolutely perfect with a stunning view. We would definitely return! My husband was gluten free and the family went to a lot of trouble to make sure he had a good breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! 😀

A very beautiful property, located on a hilltop, at the foot of Mount Titan, on the border between Emilia Romagna and Marche. We spent 8 nights there, and it was still not enough to see all the surrounding beauties. From everything I saw, Urbino and Pesaro are the most beautiful, as is San Marino. The property offers very good conditions for accommodation and relaxation, large, clean rooms and everything you need to feel good. Mister. Alberto, the owner, makes sure that everything is so that the tourist feels good. For those who want to sit and rest, they can do so, the pool is large and very well maintained. I warmly recommend this location, we will definitely come back, because there are still many things we need to see.

Accommodation is located in a small village in the hills. It is very clean and beautifully equipped. The owners are very nice and helpful. We really liked it here and we fully recommend it.

I like the concept of Agriturismo, to stay in farm, basically you can eat very fresh and delicious food with good wine and after you were drunk, you can go to bed immediately.
I had a nice dinner and good wine and as usual, I was drunk and went to room directly. What a happiness.
The family who organise this Agriturismo are very kind and have a good sense, I felt really at home and could relax.
