Amazing idyllic property, so peaceful, calm, tranquil, and a romantic/rejuvenating getaway. We stayed one night but wish we could have had more time. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked so beautiful with the nature backdrop and the comfortable cabanas. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. You must have dinner here -- amazing home cooked meal (the best meal we have had in Italy thus far), so fresh and delicious... And being served by Lorena was a treat. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The views outside the windows were marvelous. Highly recommended!

We were there also on rainy days and it was a very comfortable place to be when driving was too much of a hassle.

Loved relaxing and exploring the property. The breakfast was a highlight of our day. This villa was a highlight of our trip. Also, the staff was so kind to pick up and drop us off at the train station since we were without a car (recommend having a car if you want to explore more.)

A beautiful little hotel with a very clean pool and conveniently located close to Cortona and other beautiful Tuscan villages. Antonella was a very gracious host that let us enjoy the pool the day we checked out for as long as we wanted. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy, served by very attentive waitress and enjoyed in the company of other guest. Very reasonably priced. Will come back!

This is one of the most amazing accommodations that I have booked at Booking.com. An estate house located in beautiful park. Rooms with rustic, yet classy set-up. It looks almost like a chateau or large upper scale house. Room with a bottle of wine from the estate production. And then it comes a breakfast: all on-site freshly baked pastry, local products, overlooking beautiful park around you. I could only imagine how wonderful it may look in spring or autumn. This location would be ideal for weddings or smaller corporate off-site meetings.
