Absolutely gorgeous place and location rich in history. All mod cons. Beautifully decorated room in medieval style. Original 12th century building but beautifully refurbished. We were only sorry we were only there for a quick one night stay, so we did not get to enjoy the gardens and museum at the venue. We hope to return. Host Germana was warm and accommodating. Free parking. Easy reach of Cividale del Fruili by car just a 5 min drive. Lovely breakfast with generous fruit salad. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful kitchen area with a fridge guests can use. Generous toileteries and extras, eg. toothbrush if you need them. Inside more like a hotel than a monastery! They were very relaxed about check in and check out times since we were running late arriving and leaving.

Warm welcome from host, and tiny dogs that were super friendly. The room was big and have a nice view. The bed was super confi. Great pressure in the shower! We only stayed a night, and had dinner prepared by our host. Great food! We tried local dishes. Both were amazing! Thank you. Breakfast was really nice. Franchesca the host is warm and welcoming and very helpful regarding making your stay wonderful. The location across the road from the Julius Caesar statue just outside the main bridge is fabulous. The building is over 1600 years old and lovingly and beautifully restored. The bedroom is original and spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.
The apartment was in a very good condition with nice beds, small kitchen and nice bathroom. The farm is a pleasant, green place. There was a simple breakfast although it's not even mentioned in the advertisement.
