Stunning place to stay after a very long day on a motorbike. Bike safely stored in a lovely barn. The room was fantastic, very spacious and a lovely shower to wash the day off ready for dinner.
Restaurant menu a little limited but assume it was just because early in the season however, the food was very very good. Fresh ingredients and plenty of it. Just a lovely place to stay & relax. Will definitely return. Breakfast was huge !

Property was far from the pictures and descriptions. We didn’t like at all. The management refused to refund one of our night. The food was not good. They don’t have their own pool, it’s shared with the public and it was full. They don’t have a restaurant or bar. They said the restaurant was opened on Tuesday and it was closed. The activities you need to figure out yourself and they are far away from their property about 40-50 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all.

The castle was such a lovely experience, I can only recommend to go there. We went with our little daughter of 18 month and she enjoyed as much as my wife and I did. The dinner was also so remarkable, we can't wait to come back

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The chef gave us a wonderful cooking class and even answered follow up questions via email after we got back. The tour of the facility was interesting and the tasting was great. The dinners and views were unbeatable.

Absolutely loved our stay at Relais! The service was impeccable, staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and were able to enjoy/sightsee everything in Emilia Romagna. The restaurant food was also impeccable, I felt like we were at a Michelin restaurant. The only challenge is that it is somewhat remote, so a car is necessary if you want to leave the property and explore.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
The property and the grounds around it are beautiful, and perfectly taken care off. An old farmhouse perfectly renovated with great attention to details surrounded by magnificent vineyards and cured gardens.
Clean, comfortable and lovely guest room, very nice breakfast, very friendly and kindly staff, amazing view from the window, great traditional farm house !!!

This is a gorgeous restored old italian farmhouse. The decor and attention to detail were appreciated. We were able to walk on country roads for some exercise. Plus the property has chairs and benches interspersed for lounging, reading, or enjoying the sunset while eating charcuterie and drinking wine. The location is central in the region with easy drives to Parma, Reggio Emilio, Modena, etc. The host, Maicol, was incredibly helpful and made us dinner reservations multiple times and gave us lots of tourist advice.
Although we only stayed one night as we were on a road trip, it made an unforgettable impression on us! It feels like living in a dream: the meticulously renovated farmhouse, the idyllic setting, the wonderful breakfast... and on top of that the genuine hospitality of the very friendly and helpful hosts Maicol & his wife. We would definitely love to come back in the future!!
Beautiful farmhouse set amongst the family’s vineyards. Tastefully decorated, spacious room, relaxing setting and two hosts, Maicol and Aluani who were so kind and helpful.
The property is well situated with several villages close by with restaurants and near enough to Modena, Bologna etc making it a good location to explore the area.
