This was a wonderful stay in a historically interesting home that was renovated with great taste and discernment. Our host Carmen was very helpful in advising us on ferry tickets. Room was huge with great view. Breakfast was very nice and Carmen inquired as to what we would prefer. Highly recommend.

The location is very lovely among the vineyards. The room was clean and it had a nicely equipped kitchenette with a small stove and sink. The staff was welcoming and offered us a welcome drink, which was very nice. The room was modern and clean.

Good lord, this place is a gem. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I never write reviews but this place was exceptional. I lucked into it when my flight was canceled and I had to rearrange our vacation to fly out of Bologna instead of Verona. It’s beautiful, quiet and clean with a great breakfast. The town of Budrio was pleasant too.

This place is magical! It feels like time stops when you are here. Wake up in the morning in a comfortable bed to the sounds of birds singing. Take a few steps barefoot on the dewy grass with a cup of coffee in your hand and be grateful to be there. At night, sit in front of your door on the terrace with a glass of wine and feel the breeze with a hint of lavender. The place is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need. The pool is a blessing on a hot summer day, and the hosts are friendly and very helpful, making you feel welcome and at home. They are the nicest! We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful location where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside and beautiful views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They showed us around the hotel and provided us with great suggestions on where to eat close by. The pool was fantastic. Even on a very hot Summer’s day, the temperature of the water stayed cool - it just would’ve been better if the pool hours were longer (only 10am to 7pm) especially in Summer when it’s hot and it stays light until late in the evening. Wifi was good. Breakfast included was okay. You do have to pay extra if you want additional items cooked for you (e.g. like an omelette). Parking is free, onsite and under cover if organised with the hotel prior.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Great location on street with lot of restaurants and bars. If you want to experience typical italian food and lifestyle you will love it. City centre is 15min by walking. Shops or farmacy max 5min from apartment. Apartment have everything you need - A/C , functional kitchen with oven, fridge and cooking plate. Perfect for solo or couple. Camilla send us by Whatsapp everything about the self check-in, restaurants or local traffic. We appreciate it.
Fabulous location and the apartment felt like home. We didn't meet Barbara our host but she was so accommodating when we arrived early and wanted to leave a little later than check out. Allowing us to leave our luggage in a safe place.
The apartment itself was equipped with everything even down to dish washer tablets/plasters etc. Loved the bedroom and the bathroom....had a beautiful rustic feel. Well renovated.

To start off Francesco was an amazing host. Great communication, pointed out a great eating places and even got us a reservation at a fine restaurant that is usually booked up.
The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the train station and just a short walk from many of the city sights. The apartment is in a rustic old building with lots of character, clean and well equiped. A good base for seeing the sights of Bologna.
Thanks to Sabrina for a good stay! The guidance how to get to the flat was very detailed. The apartment was clean, we got a bottle of still water in the fridge and a 10cl bottle of the olive oil made on their family farm. Communication is also top.
P.s. nearby is a spot with a perfect pizza, highly recommended! ;)
