Easy check in, and clean spacious room. We only stayed for less than 12 hours, just passing by on our road trip back home to Sweden. The breakfast in the morning was just delicious. Very friendly staff. Next time we will stay longer in the area.

Madi and Marco are lovely hosts. Alfio and Bianca, the resident dogs, were very friendly and visited all the tables at the taverna in the evening. The swimming pool was perfect on a sunny day. Breakfast was generous and sumptuous. It is very close to the amazing restaurant, La Subida. The surrounding countryside and vineyards and luscious. It's a peaceful, green part of the world.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Though we spent only one night in Mulino Delle Tolle it was perfect. Organization and layout of the outside of premises, reception, corridors and rooms are so perfectly renovated but keeping the soul and spirit of old times. Room was clean and since day was hot staff turned air condition in room though we didn't even ask for this upfront. Staff is nice. Breakfast is nice as well as option to eat outside.

This place is just the best place i’ve ever been! Everything was perfect - so cozy, clean, hospitably, beautiful. We had late check in, Fabio met us and tell a great story about founding this hotel and farm. It felt like every detail of this place was made with soul!
In the morning we found homemade breakfast with fresh bakery, cheese, salami and more. Thank you very much, we hope to return sometime again.
Location close to the motorway, great pitstop for our purposes. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are contemporary, quite rare in an Italian country farmhouse.
We loved La Selce very much. It was a perfect basis for Friuli trips. Breakfasts were amazing, Fabio and the whole farmhouse was full of hearts. Highly recommended.
