Both meals, evening dinner, and breakfast were terrific, including the homemade breads! I especially enjoyed the homemade rhubarb jam and the freshly made cinnamon bread. Staff were nice to mingle with! Lovely family-run farm!

The food was delicious and the farm adorable. It was a perfect little stop on the golden circle to spend a night.

Very nice farm hotel. Had a small cabin with a very nice view. Heated floor kept us warm. The restaurant had good food and home made ice-cream (yummy!). While eating you are able to look into the barn and watch the farm's cows.

The surrounding is beautiful and quiet. The restaurant serves the high quality food from the farms around. It actually is the best dinner we had in Iceland for ten days. It has a barn with cows you can see through the viewing window and horse running happily outside.

Stayed overnight. Very cozy room with heated floor. Very friendly personnel, quirky view in the restaurant and café in the main building - windows separate you from the cow barn, so you could watch cows munching. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Excellent breakfast buffet with home made selection (breads, skyr, whey). Met two friendly dogs who work on the farm.

We loved the setting! Quaint farmhouse location among a beautiful landscape. We were very impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and the quality of the food. We also enjoyed the east access to surrounding hikes!

We loved that our room was a log cabin. Watching the cows feeding in the barn, while they watched us having our dinner, was a completely unique experience - at least for us, the cows were probably used to it! And the burgers and ice cream sold on the farm are not only delicious - they have a carbon neutral footprint

Room was very comfortable and perfect for five of us. Food was excellent, we ate supper and breakfast at the farmhouse . Ice cream was sampled and was very, very good. We loved being able to watch the cows from the dining area. I would easily stay here again .
