Upon arrival, even after having paid an amount in advance, I was refused with the argument they do not accept foreigners! Transfer to another hotel of their branch took hours and staff was trying to blame booking.com. I had to pay the taxi costs myself. Ended up in a place that was not near my intended location. Very bad experience
We loved the room! The arrangement and furnishing of the room made it our ideal hotel room, comfortable yet compact and with space for what we needed. The room had a big window with green tree branches outside and lots of nice daylight. We enjoyed that we could sense the street life below. Also the location was great on a lovely and busy corner in the green Koregaon Park district.
The adjacent vegetarian restaurant had nice food in big portions and was a nice alternative for going out. We want to come back!
Beautiful facilities: very spacious, new furniture, well kept, beautiful art, very nice swimming pool and lounge area. What was special was the layout: I liked the separate caretaker houses, which afforded more privacy. Also, the outdoor verandha was very beautiful and comfortable- a perfect place to relax with friends! The grounds felt very private, beautiful view of the farm fields..
Very prompt location, Pune railway station and bus station is in front at walking distance. Rooms are maintained and accompained with excellent hospitality. The hotel provide very good service through their polite and well behaved staffs throughtout the stay. Even the food is good....I wish for growth in your business and expecting one branch in Varanasi also😊
We stayed at Royal Chhavani, sufficient for 3 adults.
The ambience, especially Reception area main entrance is marvelous. Very well maintained historic property, showcasing great Maratha culture. Restaurants, surrounding hills, lawn, Ganpati temple, audio tour, museum and farm lake are nice to explore.
