Location is a few kilometers away from town which is peaceful. Rooms were well kept and maintained. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food was excellent both local and foreign. The property is huge with full of greenery, bamboos, a farm, nursery, fresh spring which means that along with adults and children even our puppy enjoyed the space. Overall experience was awesome.
Idyllic settings, comfort of home and the food tops it all, fresh from the farm and then cooked with love. Couldn't ask for better hospitality and never seen sweeter smiles from the host. The whole experience made us fall in love with the entire Kalimpong town. My son is especially ecstatic about the whole menagerie of adorable pets. He loves the humans on the property as well and he admitted that he never had a better time before, even though we usually live in Homestays for all our trips. Already making plans to visit again.
Pretty much everything. It was nothing less of a home away from home. Mrs. Bidya Rai and her family made sure that everything was pitch perfect.
Food was excellent, Mrs. Rai's sister is an excellent chef. And for the tea, I took Peach tea. It was sumptuous!❤❤ Everything they used for cooking was produced in their farmhouse. It was a great stay.
