It was spotlessly clean, spacious enough and the staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. It is only a five minute walk into town, ten minutes from the racecourse and the lodge barns by car.
Brilliant set up with rooms looking onwards to courtyard gave so much freedom to my daughter and the well-behaved dogs and farm animals + hammock all provided endless entertainment. Staff really were so lovely too. We were holidaying with another Mum and her daughter and this worked so wonderfully as we were next door and it meant we could eat together outside our rooms every evening. Lovely rustic charming place to stay completely away from it all. Views are exceptional.
A brilliantly refurbished farm house properly with all the facilities you could ask for, including a lovely garden/ orchard area to watch the sun set with a drink from the bar.
Really beautiful room, and a great breakfast! Sue was very friendly, and George the dog was a real softie. It was also very close to Thirsk Lodge Barns which made it perfect for our friends wedding. Talking to other guests at the wedding I think Newsham Grange Farm was exceptional value!
A real country pub with lots of locals and chatter in all the quaint nooks and crannies where one could choose to sit.Very friendly staff. We didn’t have a meal just a farm house pâté with bread and salad but it was very good. Breakfast was lovely too.
Gorgeous rustic converted barns, supplied with all you need to cater for yourself. Shop in advance as its quite a distance from a nearest shop. Location is amazing in the summer.
the farm was in a wonderful spot very private, rooms spotless an comfy, sue the hoist is fantastic, an the dog george is lovely ,the hot tub was fantastic , breakfast was the best we have had no grease to be seen an all fresh produce used .

The location was beautiful, the staff were all lovely and it was amazingly cosy. Couldn't have asked for a nicer break away in the countryside. Loved being so close to the farm and having numerous walking trails within actual walking distance. Rural and rustic but also romantic all rolled into one which is just what we wanted! Will definitely go again!
Very quaint farmhouse stay - the court yard with rooms is beautiful. Lovely stay! Will return
