For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Everything! lovely decoration cozy and quiet room! Our smiling and welcoming hosts ! Their great tips to discover their surroundings. Being "at the farm" to have a good rest.
Super, comfortable room in a lovely location. Jimmy and Sheila were both so kind and helpful and I was thrilled to be given a tour of their family farm
Its a peaceful, well appointed converted cottage on a friendly family farm, so both you and the location are looked after well. There was nothing we needed that it didn't have.
First of all, amazing hosts, Jimmy and Sheila made us feel very welcome from the start. The cottage we had booked is perfect for a stay for two people, very cozy. The location is perfect as you can get within 20mins top to everything you’d need; pub, restaurant, beach. Lots of beautiful places around.
The farm and it’s story is amazing and very impressive. Jimmy took us for a lovely tour around the farm, we even got a chance to see the world champion sheep shearer!
I can truly recommend this place
Nice location in the rural Cornish farmland (- premises on the grounds of the working farm), friendly and helpful owner, does not include breakfast but kettle + hot chocolate, coffee and tea available in the room
The rural location and surrounding farm is stunning, and the host was most kind to give us a long tour around the farm and land on their quad car. So many deer, sheep, cats and a goat. Lovely little cottage for a nice getaway. Well suited to explore all of Cornwall and southern Devon.
