Beautiful setting by the castle. Lovely accommodation & great breakfast in the farmshop. The welcome basket was also amazing, especially the barra strawberries. Would definitely book again.

Great discrete and quiet location on a hill on private farm land but wonderful house with rooms overlooking a Lilly pond and nearby stream. Was originally a water mill. Great hosts and much more than just accommodation with alternative treatments available and wonderful homemakers including bread straight from the oven!
The lodge was very clean, comfortable bed and good quality bedding. It was great to have milk in the fridge for our tea, coffee and a little basket of nibbles. I had booked a table at the Farm Shop for our breakfast but unfortunately there wasn't one available when we went there so we offered to take it to the lodge but the staff very kindly offered to deliver it and we didn't have long to wait which was excellent.
The location on a working farm was wonderful. Elizabeth was a great host and she cooked us a fabulous breakfast, along with great conversation.
Unfortunately Elizabeth is no longer renting this room in her home due to new excessive regulations and costs, however she will continue to rent a 2 BR cottage on the farm.
The property is a working farm so the stay was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful with information about local sites and assistance with locating our luggage. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.
Great location for our needs, easy on-site parking and modern little apartment with view of the castle and gardens. Lovely having the farm restaurant there at hand for delicious breakfast and lunch :)
What an absolutely fabulous place to stay. Our lodge was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The cafe and farm shop offer great food. The berries let for us in our room were so yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and stay here.
We wanted a farm location and we got that in spades. The owners were very generous with their time, talking about farming in Scotland and giving advice about nearby attractions. The cottage was very clean and functional and had all the amenities we needed. Very enjoyable and informative.
