Lovely location. Family run, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Self contained 'cottages' very nicely appointed beds and bathroom, very clean and well equipped kitchen area. Full pub menu choice also if you prefer Nice rural setting, and handy for Filey, Briddlington and Scarborough. Also great walking, both country trails and coastal paths, Cleveland way. Great stay here, AND very reasonable price. Good value for really good stay.

Dale Farm is a lovely place and you are made welcome but this was not my kind of place, she booked it, and soon found out I’m not into staying in a 12’x10’ wooden box, but if you are then it’s for you.

The breakfast hamper was lovely, as was the surroundings. The location was great, only a 15 minute drive from the coast! Lovely views. Plenty to go explore and of course dog friendly. The little cabin was rustic and comfortable enough. Slept very well. The fire was a challenge (first time!) but with the help of the welcome pack we managed to figure it out haha. Friendly welcome and a great escape from the stress of reality.
