Wow, what an amazing 3 nights we have had at the Homestead. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and was immaculate. We visited Spekes Mill, Welcombe Beach, Northcott Mouth Beach, and Holsworthy for some lovely walks. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed walking the river and the fields. We spent the evenings star gazing and then back inside cosy by the log burner. The cottage is like home from home and has everything you need. Listening to the owl in the evenings was wonderful, too. Thanks, Paul, for a superb New Year's break. The Christmas cake was a lovely touch and delicious, too. We will definitely be back for a summer stay.

Leworthy was both comfortable and convenient and was able to accommodate at the last minute. The Breakfast was fantastic with home produced food on the plate. The farm provided for extras if the client would like as no shops locally. There was free cake for afternoon tea which was both a pleasant surprise and tasted very nice.

The breakfast was amazing - sausage, bacon and eggs from the back garden! Location was great; lovely and quiet and only a 20 minute drive from Bude. Neil and Kirsty were the most wonderful hosts and made the Farmhouse feel like a home away from home.

Nice room with an excellent view of the lake. Very friendly hosts and room was very clean and matched description on web site. Large and very tasty full English breakfast. B&B is in rural location surrounded by farmland and so is exceptionally quiet which is exactly what we wanted,

Very insulated cottage and cosy. Sofas incredibly comfortable. Fantastic nights sleep and bed big enough for husband’s 6’2” frame. Peaceful and able to walk the farm trail with a few animals on the way. Welcomed by hosts very nice.

Paul was so welcoming, the homestead was so clean and had everything we needed for lovely weeks holiday. I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been better from the comfortable beds, garden games, hammocks, well planned kitchen, shower over the bath, comfortable sofas and farmland to explore. No need to go to a dark sky area, just turn the lights out!
